Hotel Hershey! It's a prize package valued at over $9,400!

* Open any new Wilmington Trust personal or business checking account between March 1 and April 9, 2011, to receive four (4) Hersheypark One-Day Admission tickets OR $100 cash as an account opening bonus. To qualify for the consumer checking account opening bonus, all of the following conditions must be met: (1) the account must be open and remain in good standing for 30 days; (2) you must make an online bill payment within 90 days of account opening; and (3) you must establish a direct deposit into your new account within 90 days of account opening. To qualify for the business checking account bonus, you must open the new account and make an online bill payment within 90 days. Independent Contractors. The parties are acting as independent contractors with respect to each other.
None of the parties undertakes by this Agreement, or otherwise, to perform any obligation of another party.
None of the parties will be construed as an employee, agent, legal representative, partner, or joint venturer
of another party, or acting as the agent of another party in any respect, all other provisions of this
Agreement notwithstanding. None of the parties will have the authority to contract for or bind another party
in any manner and will not represent itself as an agent of another party or as otherwise authorized to act for
or on behalf of another party.
WEEKLY PRIZES (6): Between March 1 and April 9, 2011, Wilmington Trust will conduct one random weekly
drawing each week for six “Lodge Prize Packages” consisting of: accommodations for one night for up to four
people (one room) at Hershey Lodge in Hershey, Pennsylvania; four two-day Flex admission tickets to
Hersheypark Amusement Park; and one ”Golf Fore Family Experience” at Spring Creek Golf Course which includes
nine holes of golf for four people, rental clubs, four sleeves of golf balls, and four snacks. The winners, or
at least one member of their party, must be age 21 or older to redeem the Lodge Prize Package. Hersheypark
admission tickets are valid for the summer 2011 operating season. Approximate retail value of each Lodge Prize
Package is $718.99. Promotion may be extended or terminated at any time such that more or less than 6 trips
may be awarded. Only entries received at Wilmington Trust branches on an official entry form and validated
with a “WT Verified” stamp will be included in the drawings. Non-winning entries in the weekly drawings will
be entered into the Grand Prize drawing.
GRAND PRIZE (1): At the end of the promotion period, Wilmington Trust will conduct one random drawing,
from among non-winning weekly prize drawings. Winning entry will receive a “Hotel Hershey Prize Package”
consisting of: accommodations for two nights in a six-bedroom cottage for up to 12 people; twelve regular
two-day Flex admission tickets to Hersheypark Amusement Park; 12 regular tickets for Hershey Trolley Works;
four golf rounds at Hershey Links Golf Course; and four $125 gift cards for The Spa at the Hotel Hershey. The
winner, or at least one member of their party, must be age 21 or older to redeem the Hotel Hershey Prize
Package. Hersheypark admission tickets are valid for the summer 2011 operating season. The total retail value
of the Hotel Hershey Prize Package is $9,455.88. Only entries received at Wilmington Trust branches on an
official entry form and validated with a “WT Verified” stamp will be included in the drawings. Non-winning
entries in the weekly drawings will be entered into the Grand Prize drawing.
Prize packages must be redeemed by December 31, 2011. Use of the prizes is based on availability, which will
be determined solely by Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company.
