Fresh Off Myles Smith Collaboration, Niall Horan Confirms Next Studio Album is Complete

Niall Horan says his next album is finished.

On Feb. 24, the Irish singer posted a clear update on social media: “Album is DONE.” He shared the message with a carousel of behind-the-scenes studio moments, giving fans a quick look at the process. The post included shots of a home-style setup and short clips featuring simple piano and acoustic guitar ideas.

Two days later, he kept the momentum going. On Feb. 26, he teased a fan on Instagram Stories with an eyes emoji, a small hint that something is coming soon.

The news follows his 2023 album The Show and the world tour that came after it. A title and release date are still under wraps, but Horan recently said in a radio interview that he expects to release the music sometime this year, adding that he had been finishing final vocal parts in the studio.

He also recently teamed up with Myles Smith on the track “Drive Safe,” adding to the buzz around this next chapter.
