Quavo has announced a new solo album titled Qrömelife, with Pharrell Williams serving as executive producer. The project is set for release on October 2 through Quality Control and Motown, marking another major step in Quavo’s solo career.
As part of the album announcement, Quavo also released Backwards, a new single featuring T.I. The track follows earlier material connected to the project and continues a run of music that has gradually introduced the sound and direction of Qrömelife.
Quavo has been seen working with Pharrell in recent months, building interest around the collaboration before formally confirming the album. Pharrell’s involvement adds another high-profile creative partnership to Quavo’s catalog as he continues developing his work outside Migos.
