Action Bronson wants to use his life experience to help others, and he’s doing just that with a new chronicle-meets-self-help book titled F*ck It, I’ll Start Tomorrow.
The “brutally honest” chronicle on the chef and rapper’s life details his struggles with weight and food, plus a raw look at his journey to self-acceptance. According to the description, Action Bronson’s book isn’t “a road map to attaining a so-called perfect body,” but rather a story “to find confidence, keep the negative vibes at bay, stay sane, chill out, and not look in the mirror hoping to see anyone but yourself.”
“This is a prelude to the current life path I’m on,” he wrote on Instagram last week announcing the book’s release. “It was painful to read what I wrote but it help[ed] change me forever.”

This isn’t the star’s first book. In 2017, he published a recipe book titled F*ck, That’s Delicious: An Annotated Guide to Eating Well followed by a 2019 “love letter” to marijuana, Stoned Beyond Belief.
