The 2021 Billboard Music Awards on Sunday night (May 23) awarded the best of the best musicians, but they were ready to give praise right back to one another.
Jack Harlow loved SZA’s red carpet look and shared it on his IG Story for all of his followers to marvel at the “Kiss Me More” performer, while Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson applauded The Weeknd for winning 10 Billboard Music Awards, the most of any artist this year.
Drake shared the sweetest behind-the-scenes photos of his three-year-old son Adonis, who helped him accept his Artist of the Decade award in a tear-jerking moment that also made Adonis cry, on his Instagram Story. Host Nick Jonas also shared a lot of behind-the-scenes pictures with presenters Lil Rel Howery and Renée Elise Goldsberry as well as performers AJR.

Musicians are not gods, they’re simply saying what people are thinking and doing their job like any other job. The real gods are the ones who show up to shows, hit play on songs, call into radio stations and make artists’ dreams come true. That’s each and every one of you. pic.twitter.com/7rqVRjuYTm
