Someone from WSTW will usually contact you when your prize is ready for pick up.
With the exception of certain tickets that can be emailed, prizes must be picked up and cannot be mailed to winners. We apologize for any in convenience this may cause. (If you cannot pick up a prize, you can request to have a friend or family member pick it up for you.)
Please bring your ID when picking up a prize.
Social Security may be required for certain prizes. This is for tax purposes..
Tickets are typically emailed to winners 2-3 weeks prior to the event date.
WSTW is located at 2727 Shipley Road in North Wilmington, between Naamans and Silverside Roads. Travelling I-95, take Exit 8 to Route 202 (Concord Pike) North. We’re minutes from the Concord Mall and the Brandywine Town Center.
* In general, our offices are closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. In the event a holiday falls on a Saturday, our offices are closed the preceding Friday. If the holiday falls on a Sunday, our offices are closed the following Monday. This list is not exclusive; our office may be closed other days throughout the year as well. In those cases, we will attempt to provide advanced notice of the closure on our website or on our Facebook page.
