Charlie Manuel, who managed Phillies to World Series title, makes progress after suffering stroke

ST. LOUIS (AP) — Former manager Charlie Manuel suffered a stroke Saturday while undergoing a medical procedure in a Florida hospital, the Philadelphia Phillies announced.
