Ted Blunt, longtime Wilmington Council member and father of Delaware’s Congresswoman, has died

Former Wilmington Councilman Ted Blunt, whose children include Delaware’s current Congresswoman Lisa Blunt Rochester, passed away Thursday according to the family.
