After significant changes, large-capacity magazines are again a vote away from being banned in Delaware

The state House voted Thursday to ban large-capacity magazines in Delaware, though the bill’s journey is not over. Because of an attached amendment during the process through the House, the bill must return to the Senate for an additional vote.
