Beloved Reverend will be honored at 50th St. Anthony’s Italian Festival

St. Anthony’s Italian Festival will wrap up its 50th year in a special way on Sunday. Beloved Rev. Roberto Balducelli will be recognized for his nearly seven decades of service in Wilmington.
