Complaint filed over pending US Wind Maryland connection to Sussex County

Delaware’s Department of Natural Resources, and Secretary Shawn Garvin, are being sued over a pending application by US Wind to connect its offshore Maryland proposal to a substation that would be built near the Delaware beaches.
