Delaware Senate gives final approval to bill mandating insurance coverage for abortions

DOVER, Del. (AP) — Democratic lawmakers in Delaware gave final approval Tuesday to a bill requiring most private health insurance plans and Delaware’s Medicaid program to cover abortions.
