Former Del. Auditor McGuiness files for State House Democratic Primary

Former Delaware state Auditor Kathy McGuiness is seeking elected office once again, days after learning that the Attorney General’s Office would not seek a new trial for an official misconduct conviction that was overturned by the State Supreme Court.
