New life rings at Woodland Beach sparks boating safety reminders

DNREC and Smyrna’s Citizens’ Hose Company have recently installed buoyant life rings at DNREC’s Woodland Beach fishing pier and boat ramp in their mission to save lives from water-related incidents.
