Police: Man stole tires off parked vehicle, drove off in stolen pick-up truck, resisted arrest

A man is charged with theft, resisting arrest and several traffic offenses following a pursuit that began at the Cavalier Country Club Apartments off Churchmans Road and ended in Newport.
