Seaford’s Tim Foy, Jr. advances to PBA Delaware Classic finals

Seaford’s Tim Foy Jr. will get a chance to be Delaware’s first winner on the major Pro Bowlers Association Tour since 1991 when he competes in the stepladder finals of the Delaware Classic Sunday afternoon.
