UPDATE | Driver in 3-vehicle fatal wreck on Route 13 charged with vehicular homicide

One of three drivers who were involved in a fatal crash that shut down Route 13 southbound traffic for hour Wednesday is charged with vehicular homicide and driving under the influence of a drug.
