Update: suspect in Kent Co. “shots fired” incident apparently takes own life

A Dover man who was suspected of shooting toward another man near the Kent County Family Court building in Dover died of a self-inflicted gunshot after being pulled over in Maryland, according to Delaware Capitol Police.
