Delmarva Broadcasting / WSTW has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses the information gathering and dissemination practices of WSTW.com .

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server does not automatically recognize the consumer’s e-mail address. We do use software that provides information on the consumer’s domain name, computer type, browser type, previous and exiting websites, and the pages visited at our site.

We collect data and maintain a list of information based on information volunteered by the consumer, with their permission, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

The information we collect is used for internal review, to improve the content of our Web site, and by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes. The only information shared with other organizations for commercial purposes is the number of visitors to our site.

Please provide us with your name and address exactly as you entered it in the registration form(s). We will be sure your name is removed from the list.

Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us regarding orders they have placed on-line or information they have requested.

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy policy. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will use for these new purposes only data collected from the time of the policy change forward. We will also contact you to receive your permission to use your information for these new purposes.

Upon request, we will provide site visitors with access to unique identifier information (e.g., customer number or password) and contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number) that we maintain about them, as well as a description of all the information that we maintain about them. Consumers can gain access to this information and correct any factual inaccuracies in any part of their data by e-mailing us at the above address.

With respect to security: Many of our forms do not use secure encryption to pass the data. However, should a time arise when our site requests sensitive computer data, such as credit card information, a secure connection will be arranged. We have appropriate security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.
